About Sir M. Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology
Sir MVIT, established in 1986, is a well-reputed engineering institution located on a sprawling 45+ acre campus in Hunasamaranahalli, near Bangalore International Airport. Named after the legendary engineer Sir M. Visvesvaraya, the college upholds high standards of engineering education.
